Camatkarasana (Wild Thing / Flip Dog pose) I always get a sense of excitement and freedom when doing this pose. Camatkarasana means “the ecstatic unfolding of the enraptured heart” (from Yoga Journal). This pose requires integrated shoulder & arms, strong legs & hips, front hips and spinal extension. There is a lot going on in this pose, you’ve got to do it to feel it 😇 It’s an Asana of strength and sweetness. Remember to pause, breathe and radiate your grace from inside out!
