I am elated to share the story of Priscilla & Sam’s heartfelt day with you! Details were carefully curated to represent their styles, their cultures, and tell the story of the loves that brought them together. Which was a planners dream 😍The @latavolalinen they chose had Adinkra symbols in the print representing Priscilla’s Ghanaian heritage. Red was incorporated all as a main style element to represent Sam’s Chinese heritage. Ghanaian and Chinese wedding traditions were incorporated into their ceremony and their puppy Azizi even made his way down the aisle to celebrate with his parents. Throughout the day guests were treated to surprise and delight moments that nodded to Priscilla and Sam’s love of food. From fresh fruit served in ice bowls for the champagne welcome drink, to the custom drink toppers during cocktail hour, to Chef Jon from @celebrationsgainesville cooking Priscilla’s family recipe for jollof rice for dinner, this wedding was a foodie’s dream event. To add even more to an already great event, our couple changed into traditional Ghanaian attire for the reception and guests were entertained with a traditional wedding dance performance. Although these details were amazing and so much fun, the best part of this day was seeing Priscilla and Sam tie the knot. They waited so long for this day, and it was so heart warming to celebrate the love these two have for each other.
