Big congrats to our talented VFS alumnus, Syed Hassam Hussain Jafri, for his remarkable achievement at Sony Pictures Imageworks 2023! His exceptional work on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 earned him the prestigious award for Outstanding Environment Asset. 🌌🚀 We asked him how he felt about winning the award, and this is what he had to say! “Guardians of the Galaxy is super close to me because GOTG Volume 1 was the reason I became a visual artist, I have worked on other Marvel/DC projects, too but being a prominent part of the GOTG saga was a dream come true already, and it was unreal seeing the email about the award, so I can't put that in words.
