Balltze, better known as Cheems the viral ‘Doge’ dog, has sadly died during surgery. The hilarious pooch became a viral internet meme back in 2017, thanks to the adorable Shiba Inu's quizzical look and his apparent love of cheeseburgers, often spelled 'cheemsburgers' in memes. His internet fame followed in the wake of 17-year-old Shiba Inu Kabosu, who became the face of Dogecoin. Sadly though, Balltze passed away on Friday morning after undergoing surgery. RIP Balltze ❤️
The actor starred alongside Tom Hanks in the 2013 film, appearing as Muse as the pair retold the story of the captain whose ship was hijacked by Somali pirates in 2009. His performance earned him the impressive accolades of being a BAFTA-winning and Oscar-nominated actor as he was recognised in the category of Best Supporting Actor, but his paycheque for the role was not so reflective of his talent. Abdi quit his job on the day of the Captain Phillips premiere, and while promoting the film, he relied on a per diem from the studio, a town car which was available only for official publicity events, and clothes that had been loaned to him. Following his appearance as Muse, Abdi has gone on to appear in titles such as Eye in the Sky, Blade Runner 2049 and Beneath a Sea of Lights.
Russia’s Luna-25 spacecraft has crashed into the moon after spinning out of control, according to Roscosmos, the country’s space agency. "The apparatus moved into an unpredictable orbit and ceased to exist as a result of a collision with the surface of the moon," a statement from Roscosmos reads. On Saturday, the space agency said they lost contact with Luna-25 after an 'abnormal situation' occurred where the spacecraft struggled in its pre-landing. "During the operation, an abnormal situation occurred on board the automatic station, which did not allow the manoeuvre to be performed with the specified parameters," they added.
This is utter chaos 😭
Holding on for dear life 😭

If you've ever had the misfortune to be pulled over by the police then you might be wondering why the cops touched the back of your car while walking up to your window. Officer Tony Messer said it was 'probably one of the top three questions I get' about his job and he explained the somewhat grim reasoning behind the action. "These fingerprints is just in case the worst of the worst happens when you approach the driver," he said of the protocol surrounding a 'traffic stop'. "If a driver was to flee after committing a crime, this would link the vehicle and your fingerprints together to give the detectives another piece of evidence."
