Dear friends⠀ ⠀ Today is the last service of @108cph and @thecorner_108 last day will be September 30th⠀ ⠀ Below is a few words from our chef and co-owner @kristianbaumann ⠀ ⠀ The past 7 years I’ve spend working on this project have been some of the best years in my life. ⠀ ⠀ I’ve learned so much professionally but more importantly I’ve grown a lot on a personal level and a big reason for that is the people who’ve worked with us over the years.⠀ ⠀ I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all the suppliers, dishwashers, cooks, waiters and administrative people who have been a part of our restaurant.⠀ ⠀ To all the incredible people in the Noma organization, I wish you all the best and I’m proud of what we built together and hope we will meet again in the future ⠀ ⠀ I would also like to give a very special thank you to all the guests who’ve visited us over the years. ⠀ ⠀ Thank you for your honesty, feedback, support and love ⠀ ⠀ Sincerely ⠀ ⠀ Kristian Baumann

Dear guests,⠀ ⠀ Thank you all for the massive support and love over the past weeks❤️⠀ ⠀ We can’t wait to see you at the restaurant for the remaining part of September but we kindly remind you of the new restrictions made by the Danish government starting today:⠀ ⠀ - All our guests need to wear masks at the restaurant whenever not seated. That also applies when you enter the restaurant or if you have to go the restroom⠀ ⠀ - The restaurant will close at 22:00 where all guests should have left the building. We will arrange payments no later than 21:45⠀ ⠀ - Please still remember to sanitize your hands and keep your distance to other guests⠀ ⠀ It is a strange world we live in right now, but it is also a crucial time - so we kindly ask for your help by complying with the restrictions⠀ ⠀ We look forward to seeing you❤️

Dear friends,⠀  ⠀ It is with great sadness that we today announce the closure of Restaurant 108.⠀  ⠀ Due to the negative consequences of the global pandemic, especially the drastic reduction in number of international tourists visiting Copenhagen, we have concluded that it is no longer economically sustainable to continue to operate 108 in the current location.⠀  ⠀ Despite today’s announcement and the closing of this chapter, we are extremely proud of all that we have achieved, and remain hopeful for a future where Restaurant 108 will return to Copenhagen in another location.⠀  ⠀ “I wish to thank every member – past and present – of our incredible team, for helping make 108 a truly special place. I would not have come so far or achieved so much without you. Today it’s 4 years ago we opened our doors at @108cph and @thecorner_108 🥳⠀ ⠀ In the light of our anniversary we would like to take the time to say thank you to all the wonderful people that makes our restaurant such a great place for us⠀ ⠀ So to all our suppliers, guests, friends, family and colleagues in our profession - a big heartfelt thank you for your support 🙏⠀ ⠀ We will also celebrate the incredible people working here today with a feast of a family meal before we open our doors for dinner service and we can’t wait to celebrate with all our guests tonight ⠀ ⠀ Have a fantastic Monday ❤️
