Today, we say thanks to our volunteer lieutenants who lead beautification projects throughout Compton. Anthony Rico's leadership and artistry have led to many inspirational murals throughout Compton. His clever designs and positive messages inspire city residents daily. Earlier this month, Lieutenant Anthony Rico, along with Lieutenant Bill Mulder, led volunteers through the beautification of Victory Outreach Compton Church. "GOD LOVES COMPTON" is now painted across the front gate at 4205 Alondra Boulevard for all to see and enjoy!
