Ugh these dumplings from @sumthindumplin are definitely my favourite things to eat in Auckland! I’m not kidding when I say I could eat them over and over again 🤤🤪 I always get the Monk dumplings covered in their chilli sauce 😍😍 If you have yet to go here, please do!!! Rice paper wraps filled with a lot of avo!!!! Spinach and cabbage 💚💚💚💚 Dipped in soy sauce 🤤🥑🌟 Such a yummy and simple light dinner 😌 Made these the other day with a friend and they went down a treat! The trick is to use at least half an avo for each roll 🤪🙊🥑🥑

Helloooo honeys!! 🤪✨🥑🥬🍽😁💚 It’s been a good 4 months since I’ve posted on here.. but I’m baaack ❣️⚡️🤭 I was just taking a much needed social media/food gram break hehe 😌😌 Trying not to let this account take over my life again.. because for a while it did and I ended up hating my gram and taking pictures of food 😅 ANYWAY I have been back home in Taupo for the weekend, and this morning I had a lovely catch up with a friend at @thecozycornertaupo 😁 I got the scrambled tofu and greens with a rather large slice of sourdough 👅🌟🍽 Not sure why.. but I was a little nervous to post this, because it has been so long!! 🙄 But I’m excited to get back into posting my delicious meals and sharing a little bit of my life hehe! ❣️❣️❣️

Cold Monday mornings are always a little bit better when you get to have a warm bowl of oatmeal in bed! 💫💫💫 Cooked in soy milk and topped with banana coins, peanut butter (!!!!), warmed mixed berries, chia seeds, flax seeds and a little drizzle of maple syrup ☺️🤤 This is definitely one of my favourite breakfasts to have, as it keeps me super full right until lunch time 🌟🌟🌟 Hoping everyone is having a fabulous Monday! 💓💓(p.s don’t mind the weird bruise thingy on my leg lol. x)

My favourite form of procrastination - going out and eating food 🤩 I should really be studying for my two exams coming up next week, and instead I’m doing anything but that 🙃 Exam season is super stressful for everyone! I hate exams with an absolute passion I tell you 💀 I always end up getting stressed and sick and it isn’t fun 😅 Thank goodness all of this stress will be over soon!! Oh how I miss eating smoothie bowls every morning and not freezing half to death whilst eating that smoothie bowl 🙄✨💭 Okay, SO. I haven’t been as active on here lately as I would like to be... or as I used to be. I miss posting on here and sharing my life with everyone and making my food look pretty (lol). But I think I got so caught up in trying to take the perfect picture or if I was writing the perfect caption that Instagram kind of felt more like a chore than something fun! I want to get out of that habit! I want to post more about my life, and not stress so much about the “perfect” photo.. whatever that is 😜 I want to post more meaningful and interesting captions and I want to get back to enjoying Instagram!!!
