. Consistency, Accountability And Results 📈 . Consistency is the key to achieve results! . No matter what the end goal is, you must be consistent in your efforts to see progress. . Guidance and education is obviously a hugely important aspect, Having an appropriate programme and repeating it day in, day out. Repeating it when you want to and when you don’t. . a lot of time we know what to do to achieve our end goal. . So why is it that so many don’t? . Accountability is what is the difference between many staying consistent and achieving results and those who don’t. Not only for all my amazing clients but for me too. . I know how to train🏋️♀️ I know what to eat 🥕 but the accountability to @coachdenismac has been the difference between me spinning my wheels and achieving results. He also took none of my excuses🤷♀️, called me up on my shit 🤦🏼♀️ and pushed me to better myself not only physically 💪🏻but with work 👩💻and college too💻📚. . Iv cursed you enough @coachdenismac 😂 , it’s about time I said thank you 🙏😂 . If you have a goal; 🔹make a plan, 🔹stay consistent and 🔹find a way to keep you accountable- get a friend, family member or a coach to keep u on track

I like to look strong and I like to look feminine. . Guess what, you don’t have to choose. . Muscle doesn’t make u look masculine. . Being strong is not only for men. . And the gym is for so much more than just your physique. . Im lucky enough to have found what I love and being physically strong helps me be mentally strong. It’s not for everyone and that okey.
