In my heart I needed to feel a fellowship of realness , honesty and compassion with no limitations of who can come . Lately I’ve been reaching out to people and just saying “ Hey I know we had a fall out , I apologize “ I feel it was God saying Let it Go ✨ and continue on … I’ve never been ashamed of my past experiences.. I just know I always was ok with my own self validations and never really cared much what others thought .. but at times a thought would creep up ✨ My two beautiful clients JaNeika & JaSheika invited me to their church about 4 months ago , I said Yes but “ Something “ also seemed to get in the way but today was different . That means implementing policies and procedures/terms and conditions. I retained an attorney & accountant. I started using @glossgenius helped me to manage my bookings then get a text @ 1:00am for a facial . Consulting with Mentors who ran multi million dollar business and learn the strategy, challenges they did . I avoided People Pleasing , when it came to my business since I’ve always been about building relationships and not about transactions . I let a lot slide 🛝 and I no longer was .. Yes I lost clients but I attracted better suiting clients that align with my systems and standards. ✔️ Wasting Energy on Things I can’t control In my head ( Had to refer back to the book 📚 4 agreements by Don Miguel ✔️ I created my own definition of Success and wasn’t bothered with other peoples time line . ( detox from social media , I don’t do Tik -Tok , just Facebook & Instagram ) I sent alarms to turn it off . ✔️ Practice Celebrating 🎉 others peoples accomplishments. Gratitude 🙏🏽 and appreciation for others in the Community. I had to shift my mindset and perception of all these copy and paste people. It serves as the primary barrier between the body and the environment. The epidermis is made up of five layers: stratum basale: the deepest layer of epidermis, made up of cuboidal and columnar cells stratum spinosum: made up of skin cells that are connected by desmosomes giving these cells a spiny appearance under a microscope stratum granulosum: made up of skin cells with granules containing components that contribute to the formation of the outer skin layer. stratum lucidum: thin, lighter appearing layer only present on the palms and soles stratum corneum: the outermost layer of skin, made up of layers of very resilient and specialized skin cells and keratin.
