Not what I was hoping for one month before @im703middleeast Front tire on the bike blew up and I went down at 30km/h. Thank God no fractures, badly brused ribs and head, few deep and few surface scratches. The helmet saved me, it cracked but did its job well. No practice for 2-3 weeks, hopefully the wounds heal before the race so I participate. Stay safe out there

Finally managed to break the 100km distance on the bike. The wind didnt help, it drained my energy after 75km. Great fun and great excercise
