January 2022 was a whole vibe 😀 Last January, I was in the midst of parenting a newborn and healing from a rough delivery. My heart was full but it was a rough time. This year was different. I felt light. I was light☀️. I soaked up a lot of sunshine. I rested. I laughed a lot! I spent loads of quality time with people I love - both family and friends. I ate plenty of good food. I fell in love again and again. I know January is a month where a lot of people beat themselves up for not sticking to goals. Be kind to yourself please.
