Today is Januarie’s birthday, so we decided to bake a cake! Januarie is one of the 'Minds Behind Minderful', and as our Senior Partnership Manager, she plays an essential role within the Minderful team. Her wellness routine includes yoga, walking her French bulldog dog Frankie (more about him another day!), cold water submersion, and decluttering, amongst many more. Happy birthday Januarie! It was also an excellent excuse for us to do something #minderful. Baking is great as you can focus on something outside yourself and enjoy a creative outlet. They stepped gingerly into The Stress Test: Ice Bath Challenge, organised by @lumi.therapy 👥💪🌊 The journey began with 10 intense minutes of breathwork, masterfully led by the team from @unguardedwarrior . 🧘‍♂️✨ This was followed by a 2-minute plunge into the Ice Bath. 🛁❄️ And the result?
