Over the past few months we have been thinking really hard about the traceability and sustainability of our products. Right from how the metal and gemstones are mined to how it's made, who makes them and the journey to your doorstep. The Indian imitation jewellery market is booming with new designs, new brands,new campaigns emerging every day. It's a fast fashion industry that we have become increasingly uncomfortable promoting as a business. We cannot hand on heart continue to bring our clients something that turns a blind eye to the social and environmental impact of how the product is sourced and made. Ignorance is not bliss. As a brand, we have a moral obligation to follow through here. Cracking the sustainability code and bringing you something valuable will no doubt be extremely challenging. Particulary in a market where no precedence has been set. Nothing is impossible though if we set our hearts and minds to it! I cannot tell you how hard it has been to come to terms with this. I have had to summon up all of my courage to make what is ultimately the RIGHT decision. To break down what we have already built and to take a few steps backwards so that we can move forward in the right direction. We will be clearing out our entire stock with 50% off everything.
