We’re completely devastated by the decision made by the city this morning. All the permits we need to open our club are there and approved. Horeca/drinks permission approval of safety by the fire deparment, etc… After weeks of talking and obeying all the city’s wants and needs, the mobility service of the city council discovers a so called problem at our bike parking, the day before our opening! This is a serious blow for us to process. We worked so hard for this yet the city decides to hijack our dream last minute in a city which seemingly rather destroys nightlife than to embrace it. The remarks can be solved by next week so we’ll be back, stronger than ever before ❤️‍🩹 all ticket buyers for this weekend will be contacted to request a voucher or refund. Love, Kompass

Dear Kompass people We regret to inform you that we’re forced to delay our opening weekender on 13 & 14 October. Our hands are tied as we can’t deliver the desired Kompass experience under the circumstances in which we would be allowed to open our doors. The club and its current atmosphere would not meet our standards. Longing for a Kompass-worthy opening, powered by norms and values we shall forever support and defend. It remains a bitter pill to swallow yet we’re grateful for the mutual dedication and understanding of the city, Kompass and its loyal fans. A fanbase which we attach great importance to and which we do not want to disappoint in any possible way. Therefore, all ticket buyers for 13 October received an e-mail in which we offer the choice of a full refund or to swap your ticket for any upcoming Kompass event + a free drink.
