Ever look back at a moment in your life and wish you would’ve enjoyed it more or wish you were more present? I overthink, stress too much and worry a lot so I often overwhelm myself during important times in my life. It’s a normal behavior after unresolved trauma. I have started making myself and my emotions a priority. I have become aware of what triggers me and find ways to ease myself when my mind + body are reacting. I am turning 27 soon and am so proud to see how far I’ve come in life & in my healing process. I cannot wait to start enjoying every moment from now on. - I wish you can do the same too. ✨
