Tom Yum Fish Sandwich 🥪 Look at that intersection 😮‍💨 we use cranberry bread for extra sweetness which works well with the Tom yum sauce. The crispy breaded fish gives additional texture! Most underrated sandwich on our menu. Do try it out if you’re a fan of Tom yum 😋

This is our Kam Heong sandwich 2.0 What makes it different? Well, we’re using chicken thigh instead of chicken breast to ensure each bite is juicy. We also change the sides to fries! Chicken mushroom Stroganoff Rice Bowl Creamy, savoury mushroom gravy is poured on your choice of beef/chicken/fish. Pickles on the side to cut the richness and an onsen egg to bind all the flavours together.

Mac n cheese 🧀 Look at that cheese pull 😫 We used a mixture of cheese to achieve a cheesy mac n cheese. It’s topped with breadcrumbs for extra texture. Don’t underestimate the size of this dish, it’s really filling. So great dish for sharing.

Flat white ☕️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲? It’s pretty much in its name. The foam is much flatter than a latte. It’s usually consist of +-1 cm of foam. Hence, it has a stronger taste of coffee. It’s our barista’s fav coffee to pour art as the cup is wider and the foam makes it easier to pour a variety of art.
