We all know its harder to find the motivation to go to the gym or do any exercise session in winter. The weather is cooler and gloomy nothing like the bright sky and sun to bring excitement to you. Its okay not to feel so hardcore in your motivation during winter times and not want to push yourself as much with intense exercises. So try and focus on shorter and more focused workouts to keep yourself motivated and active. We cant always depend on motivation so you need to show up and keep going.
