Separated by 8cm-thick bonded glass panels, the slender, 10-metre-long pool stretches along the entire length of the double-height living room, functioning in effect as a peculiar aquarium, only instead of tropical fish or dolphins swimming in the turquoise waters, you can watch someone you know twirl, spin and glide underwater. This exceptionally surreal sensation is enhanced by the lush vegetation that grows on top of the pool making it more of an art installation and indeed less of a swimming pool. #swimmingpool #greenwall #fernandamarquesarquiteta #glasspool

Providing profuse natural lighting and total communication between the internal and external areas, a extensive glass skin covers the entirety of the façade. In addition to the clean and modern layout, practical and functional solutions permeates throughout the Bucareste Residence, which allows the renowned artwork present to arise and make its presence, from the Beatriz Milhazes to Portinari and Sergio Camargo. An express request by the owner was to visually integrate the living area and the terrace, ensuring the apartment is remarkably well lit. This is further enhanced by the continuous succession of spaces that make up its design, with no specific partitions or major visual breaks. The Brazilian Financial Center project impacts on its entrance by the atmosphere that the compositions of materials and light provide to the space, as well as the positioning of accesses and exits, which makes it possible to reconcile different businesses and companies in the same space.
