Best thing i ever did was go to F45 Labrador/Surfers Paradise. I have been there for 12 weeks, have lost 10 kilos so far and never get bored. The trainers are really encouraging as are the other people in the class. It is more than a gym it is a big family. Week 5 end of challenge motivation. let's finish with a bang, add a extra little spice to your week. This one is for all MEMBERS 💪🏽💪🏽 ➡️ Walk to the gym/work/shops ➡️ Park further away, extra steps 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️ ➡️ schedule a break or set alarms for movement! Example: A walk around the office, 20x squats/situps ➡️Getting some daily fresh air 🌬 ➡️Lift that little heavier 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️ ask your coach to spot you !! ➡️Set a target for the day & week! Morning Breaky with Coach Nic 🍓🥣 Just like that 🤌 ➡️1/2 cup oats ➡️1 tsp chia seeds ➡️1 cup water or milk ➡️1 scoop protein ➡️2 Big Tbs YoPro Yogurt ➡️Hand full raspberries ➡️1 big tsp peanut butter ➡️Sprinkle of granola ➡️pinch of salt ➡️sprinkle of cinnamon Method: Place oats, chia seeds, and liquid in a pot and cook until thickened.
