Meet Giuliana! One of our Eli Rose Beauty Co lead makeup artists! Giuliana got her start on You Tube where she fell in love with makeup tutorials. She learned so much and she continues to stay up to date on the latest makeup trends! Being a makeup artist for the past 5 years her favorite makeup look would be a soft glam.
