Today I highlight the results for a MTF transgender patient who flew from WA to have surgery with @dr_mitchell_kim and @dr_kai_gebusion She had 360 Vaser lipo (5 areas: upper/lower abdomen, flanks, lower back, sacral) with fat transfer to hips and buttocks for maximal hip width and projection, She had extremely tight hips with very little space in the buttocks to accommodate for a large fat transfer.
