Chilli Beef Ramen 🔥 Before you start get your steak in the freezer to make it easier to slice up later on.  Start by peeling your ginger and garlic and chopping your spring onion, chilli and bok choi.  Get some stock (beef or vegetable) into a pan and grate your ginger and garlic in. Add chilli and garlic paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar and chilli flakes and stir well.  Get the steak out the freezer and slice into thin strips. Get a pan over high heat and add sesame oil (the oil needs to be very hot to give the beef some nice colour). Cook for around 3 minutes and season with salt.  Leave the steak to rest and in the same pan place the bok choi down to colour. Add a little of the ramen broth and let the bok choi steam. Add this to the broth along with the noodles. In the same pan fry an egg. Serve the ramen with spring onion, chilli, crispy onions and sesame seeds and enjoy! #AD #GroceriesOnDeliveroo
