When he’s not juggling recipes and developing new products, he’s creating and implementing systems to increase productivity and consistency. ‘I love the process of changing one seemingly small thing and seeing how it completely changes the final product. Introducing Tim, the food director at Daily Bread! His team produces the savoury products, the a la carte menu at Belmont and all the deli products. The rest of Tim's day is spent ensuring production paperwork and processes are up to date across all the sites. ‘I love the approachability of our food and how easily customers can relate to many of our products with a sense of nostalgia.’
