Our dream dessert with pineapple, coconut, and lemon balm. The pineapple is lightly grilled in our wood fire oven. The coconut is smoked before being churned into a sorbet. The sorbet sits on a bed of macadamias, and is garnished with lemon balm. The smoked flavour adds depth, and balances the sweetness of the pineapple. Yes please.

Gardener Pete is at it again 👨‍🌾 getting everything ready in our kitchen garden for spring.

This is our Berkshire pork cutlet with a side of harissa and grilled bullhorn peppers. The peppers are long in shape and carry a sweeter flavour than capsicum. They are the perfect pairing for our home-made harissa.

Our Spring snapper, with kohlrabi, spring peas and lovage is a @taystychef love letter to this season. Spring greens and sugar snap peas are cooked in dashi and butter to create a mouth-watering savoury sauce. This delicious dish is finished with herbs from our kitchen garden.

Tonight we are serving our truffle pasta with egg, cheddar and brassicas for the last time. We are going to miss our winter menu favourites, but we are beyond excited to bring spring to life. Spring is in full swing at Chiswick from tomorrow → we cannot wait for you to see what @taystychef and the team have been working on.
