Once again. My awesome friends at @taboopizza in Ogden are supplying pizza for my volunteers at this years Buffalo Run. Hopefully they’ll share some with you runners. If you’ve never had their pizza you need to check it out. I think it’s the best pizza in Ogden. Jeremy and Jennifer have been supporters of the Buffalo Run since I started doing this race directing nonsense back in 2006. #taboopizza

Hey folks, Having to move the Buffalo Run to a Thursday/Friday has put a crimp in our volunteer plans. We could use several more people at aid stations, over night Thursday, sweeps on Friday, help at the start/finish. Well, that’s a wrap on the 17th running of the Antelope Island Buffalo Run 25k. The weather ended up being pretty dang good. Everyone seemed like they had a great time. Thank you to all the runners for coming out. Thank you to all my volunteers for helping. We’ll see a bunch more runners in a couple of weeks. #antelopeislandstatepark
