This is the first time since the original COVID shutdown that I’ve had time off to actually spend doing nothing. I told myself I would not do anything with work this week & I am happy to say I’ve stuck to it! I feel incredibly refreshed and re energized. I’ve gotten a lot of motorcycle riding in, have spent time outside, read a book, started another one, and allowed myself to sit in silence - not doing a thing and not feeling bad about it. Having “unproductive” rest days are just as important as productive ones. This is something I am currently trying to grasp. It’s much easier said than done. But after feeling the shift in my energy this week, it is very apparent I need to be doing this more in my life. Changes are coming, I can feel it ✨
