Solid Ash Entry Door with a Grey Stain 🚪 We were commissioned to build a custom arch top entry unit for a local client in Calgary. The unit is constructed from entirely solid ash with no use of core material or veneers. - Each component of the door is finished on all sides prior to assembly to ensure zero chance of raw wood becoming exposed to moisture. Once everything is sealed and cured, we then assemble the unit. - We finished this door with our upcoming Black Forest Exterior Oil. This product will not be available until 2022 but we will have many examples of projects it has been used on so our clients can see how it holds up! After the oil is cured, we then go over the entire door with our Black Forest Ceramic. Our Sprayable Marine-Grade Graphene Coating is now available! We have been working hard over the past year on a marine-grade coating that will simplify the application process by eliminating the need for applicator pads. The product is simply sprayed onto the surface directly from the bottle and then buffed off with a microfibre cloth. Not only is this product easy to apply, but it comes will all the same durability characteristics as our other coatings. As the business grew, we opened a retail store and a school of woodworking to serve our local woodworking community.
