One of the dishes on our tasting menu… @nutbournetomato, pickled cucumber, garlic bread crumbs, tomato consommé The tomatoes are so delicious, ripe and juicy, that we serve them as they come and simply sliced. The cumcumber is pickled in a basil liquor, the breadcrumbs are result of a leftover from another recipe that we reuse on this beautiful dish to provide more oomph and texture. And finally, the consommé, from the same tomatoes, brings everything together. Simple but banging and delicious.
