Cajun shrimp 🦐 bowl for your next dinner 🍽️ Ingredients 1lb jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined & washed 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp blk pepper 1/2 tsp old bay 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/2 pack taco seasoning Precooked jasmine rice Black bean salsa 1/2 cup roasted corn, cooled 1/2 cup canned black beans, strained & washed 1/2 cup red onion, diced 1/2 cup poblano pepper, diced 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced, seeds removed 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 1 lime, squeezed Salt, garlic powder, and blk pepper to taste or (about 1 tsp each) *Combine all ingredients* Spicy cilantro lime sauce *Blend ingredients until smooth* 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp olive oil 1 bunch cilantro 1 habanero pepper, seeds removed (optional for spice) 4 garlic cloves 1 lime, zest and squeezed Salt, garlic, and season salt to taste Directions 1. Prepare black bean salsa. Roast corn over high heat 3-5 min. Chill corn, combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Prepare creamy cilantro sauce. Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Place in fridge to cool. 3. Prepare the shrimp. In a bowl, drizzle shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil, add spices and combine. To a skillet, add 1 tbsp oil over medium high heat. Cook for 2-3 min per side. 4. Assemble the bowl. Add 1/2 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup black bean salsa, 6 shrimp and cilantro lime sauce. Recipe inspired by @calwillcookit 🫶

Ingredients 1lb Chilean sea bass For the fish: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp buttery steakhouse seasoning 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp paprika Directions for fish: 1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. 2. Clean and remove scales from back the of fish, wash and pat dry. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and massage it in. 4. Lightly season with buttery steakhouse, cajun, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika 5. Place the sea bass, on an oiled broiler rack, skin side down. 6. Bake for 20-22 minutes then broil on high heat for 1-2 min. 7. Remove from heat. For the sauce: 1/4 dry white wine 1/4 cup coconut water 1 1/2 tbsp sushi ginger, chopped finely 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp caper juice, optional 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tbsp butter Lemon for garnish Directions for sauce: 1. In a saucepan, combine the white wine, coconut water and sushi ginger. 2. Bring to a low simmer and continue to cook until liquid reduces down half in size, about 10-12 minutes. 3. Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, caper juice zest, and garlic paste. 4. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in butter. 5. Set it back over low heat and continue whisking until butter has almost melted. 6. Continue adding the remaining pieces of butter. 7. Place the fish onto a plate and drizzle the sauce over. Cooking is magic✨ . I made this salmon with intentions of preparing the veggies on the side but one thing lead to another and here we are now with these string veggies chile 🤤 But thats the beauty of cooking, you can literally make whatever YOU want, how you YOU want and that shit gon’ come out fire period. So I pan seared the salmon in garlic butter, then added the veggies towards the end. It paired TO good with rice and a side salad. Ingredients 4-6 (3-4oz) salmon 3 tbsp garlic butter I tbsp olive oil 1/4 onion, thinly sliced 1/4 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 carrot, chopped into thin strips small piece of scotch bonnet pepper (seeds removed unless you bout’ that life) 1-2 tsp buttery steakhouse seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp ground ginger For sauce 4 tbsp chicken broth 1/2 lemon, squeezed 1 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning The recipe Start with clean and dry salmon on a plate. Drizzle olive oil, about 1 tbsp and massage it in. Next grab a small bowl, combine all of the dry seasonings under “ingredients”. Season both sides with the mixture you’ve made. Now heat a skillet to medium high heat (between 5&6). Melt 3 tbsp of butter then add in the salmon (I prefer skin side up first). Cook 5-6 minutes then flip and continue cooking 5 min. At 2 minutes left, add in the bell peppers and onion. Remove the salmon from the skillet and place onto a serving dish (leaving the veggies inside the skillet.) Now for the sauce: To the same skillet, combine 4 tbsp chicken broth, 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp chicken bouillon. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 30 seconds. Pour the veggies and butter sauce over the salmon. For the carrots & zucchini: Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the same skillet on medium high heat. Sauté the carrots for 2 minutes or until translucent. Remove from heat then add zucchini. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add these veggies on top of salmon. Ingredients 1lb salmon, sliced and grounded Oil for frying Butter, as needed Garlic aioli For salmon mixture 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 sprigs dill, finely chopped 1 tbsp truffle Parmesan and black garlic seasoning or garlic powder 1 tsp old bay 1/2 tsp season salt 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp sushi ginger juice Zest of 1 Lemon 1/2 lemon, squeezed 1 tsp honey 1 egg The recipe 1. Slice salmon into thin strips, then into tiny cubes. Smash until grounded. 2. One by one, combine all ingredients for salmon mixture. 3. Form patties, then place on parchment paper. Drizzle with more honey, optional. 4. Add oil and butter to a skillet. Grill the patties on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, per side. 5. To the same skillet add 1 tbsp butter. Toast the inside of buns for 10-15 seconds. 6.
