Look who finally arrived, this late 18th Century ring, complete with french hallmarks, very similar in style to the ring from Cleveland museum, (see second an third pics) A beautiful scene of pastoral life, complete with chickens and dogs, a woman at a spinning wheel and a man up a ladder picking cherries. So amazing! #eighteenthcenturyring

These are the tiniest penknives I have ever seen! Originally these two were dangling on a stickpin but I thought they would make fantastic earrings so I had them added to 9 carat gold shepherds hook earring backs. The penknives measure about 8mm long and are fully operational - the blades open! The casing of the penknives is a mother of pearl, with a steel blade and trim. French 18 Carat Gold Locket With Diamond Ruby And Sapphire Fly Look inside! This wonderful 18 carat gold locket circa 1880 is shaped as a slim rectangle and engraved with a lizard skin pattern. The fly has a ruby head, a sapphire body and diamond wings, all flush set into the gold. The rear of the locket is also set with the same gemstones. The inside is lined with a turquoise velvet which houses four gold and Pearl pins! I was told these pins were for attaching your handkerchief to your garment, or a flower. Extremely wearable snake bracelet circa 1940. The body is made from articulated scales, with an alternating texture that enhances her scales in the light. She has ruby eyes and a smiley face with forked tongue on show, and a stylised triangular quiff. A great piece to stack with other gold chains and bracelets. Who would wear a lone poissarde? I have this beautiful Pearl emerald and ruby poissarde earring… in its original Georgian box! This earring was featured in the book ‘Georgian Jewellery’ by Ginny Redington Dawes with Olivia Collings. Apparently they only had one earring then ,and photoshopped the earring into the missing poissarde! You can see it there on page 48. On my website now #georgianjewelry

Beautiful Georgian Clasped Hands clasp, decorated with flowers and cut steel. Eight rows of cut steel beads fasten the clasp around the wrist. The United Hearts. This rare mourning locket with sepia depicting a three leaf clover and three angels, the Trinity, above a plinth, with the initials SD in a circular plaque. The sepia is set within a high carat gold frame, with bright cut engraved pattern, the back a cowrie shell!
