#PrivateRetreat Last week my clients booked a private Dr. Bryant Wellness Retreat. They traveled from Orange County, Miami, and New Orleans. We retreated at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel. The property and view was absolutely breathtaking! We bonded, cried, laughed, hugged, and ate good! The most amazing part of the retreat was watching these beautiful ladies in their most vulnerable state process through their pain pockets, concerns, trauma, and gain awareness of the trauma and pain they never knew existed. Facilitating these ladies as they navigated through the fruit of their pain to the root and cause of their pain was priceless. Having the privilege of being in their pain with them and providing clarity, and effective tools was such an honor. To give you an example of what it’s like; it’s like performing open heart surgery, removing the blockage that’s keeping the heart from being healthy, sewing them back up, and sending them home with the necessary guidance for a healthy road to recovery ❤️‍🩹. Like all major surgeries, it takes more than an operation and recovery. It takes an entire life style maintenance and change. I love you, ladies! I see you. I honor you 🙏🏾. I acknowledge you. Solar eclipse- when Earth passes in front of the sun and blocks it’s Light. For those of you who are going through trying times such as depression, divorce, break up, grief, trauma, anxiety, or just lost in the sauce of life. I want you to know that life is not meant to be personalized. Life does what it does to all of us. However, life’s impairments are like a solar eclipse. The experience of what you’re going through blocks your light. But, remember that life like an eclipse is just passing through.
