A new exercise we did in class featuring 🍆Aubergine🍆 and 🫑Poivron🫑!! We had to follow a comic page containing panels filled with indications we had to follow, like for exemple on the first panel “long shot, character A is talking and moving while holding object b” or on the third one “close up, character A is talking and holding object b, they look pleased” and so on! Another assignment for school, that took me way too much time (I mean really, the first deadline was one or two weeks ago I don’t even remember, and I’ve just finished it), and it was about creating a narrative based on sketches we did outside of people in the streets, and I chose a sketch of a person sitting at a cafe! First we wrote the whole story (in writing class), and then we had to choose a snippet of it to make into 2 or 3 colored comic pages ☕️ I’m planning on drawing the first and last pages left too (we’re already drawing another segment of our stories for another exercise), when they’ll be done I’ll also translate them and post them if you’re interested! I’m rather proud of how those pages look, but I might make something simpler for the others because I’d like to keep my mental health in good shape 🙃 (I’ve been working on them day and night, I’ve literally haven’t slept at all one night, never again h a h a ) #comics #cafe #artschool #esbdi #linelessart
