Here’s how to make them: Ingredients: 1. ½ cup creamy peanut butter 2. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 3. 3 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup 🍯 4. Some dark chocolate chips 🍫 Instructions 1. Mix creamy peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and syrup in a bowl. 2. Add dark chocolate chips. 3. Divide the mixture into little balls 4. Unwind with me🌙✨ Usually, my chill-out routine isn’t perfect, but I’m slowly I’m getting there! Everyday looks different but this is what a good one looks like to me -> Knocked out my emails, stretched out the day’s grind, and even squeezed in a workout (I’m usually more of an early bird 💪). Then, I switched up the vibe for a cozy evening 📖. Whipped up a healthy dinner, spent some time journaling, and wrapped up with a good read! I’m really trying to nail a good unwind routine. It’s a tasty and healthier alternative to satisfy your pizza cravings while sneaking in those veggies. Give it a try and let me know what you think! 🥦😋 🥦 Broccoli Pizza Crust Recipe 🍕 Ingredients: - 1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup shredded organic mozzarella cheese - 1 teaspoon everything bagel seeds - 2 large eggs, blended For the toppings: - Pizza sauce (homemade or good quality store-bought) - Shredded mozzarella - Pizza toppings of your choice (I kept it basic with a tomato slice) Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet. 2. Blend all broccoli florets, microwave for 2-3 mins, and squeeze out excess liquid. 3. Mix broccoli with eggs, Parmesan, mozzarella, and bagel seeds. 4. Shape mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins. 5. Add pizza toppings and bake for 10 more mins. 6.
