Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Veronica Bravo @bravoveronicabravo

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am Australian, born and raised in Australia however both my parents were born in Spain so I consider myself a full blood Spaniard. I am a singer/songwriter and performer who lived in Los Angeles for over 3 years and have decided to come back to Perth to pursue music here. I have been surrounded by the performing arts and music my whole entire life and don’t plan to stop that. I keep myself busy by doing gigs around Perth and also teaching piano and vocals. Being in the music industry has taught me a lot over the years and also being a part of shows like Xfactor has given me so much knowledge about this industry. I have been performing everywhere since I was young and love it. The stage is my home. Music has honestly saved me through the tough times of my life.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I post a lot of videos of me singing and playing the piano, so music. I also like to post selfies and fashion things. I have a large interest in anything artsy, creative and musical so I post a lot to do with those things.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I thought of James Bond and how he says “Bond…James Bond” and then thought “Bravo…Veronica Bravo” and so I decided to go with that.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use “Enlight” because it has really cool filters on it and you can play around with colour on your photos. I also use “Colour Effects” for a cool pop of colour on a black and white picture. “Instasize” and “Boomerang” are also my favourite.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys, Kylie Jenner and Miley Cyrus. I love how playful and colourful Miley Cyrus’ Instagram is. I also like how Kylie takes selfies and looks incredible in everything she wears. Alicia and Ariana inspire me because of the music side of their posts. Their filters are done right and the way they portray their music is so fancy and creative.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They all have to try the Two Face mascara called “Better Than Sex Mascara”. It is amazing and the best mascara I have tried yet. I love it and never leave the house without making sure my lashes are on point.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love being an influencer purely for the fact that others can see what you do and also enjoy the things that you enjoy yourself. It isn’t about the popularity, it is about making others smile when they see cool things that you do. That for me is awesome and why I love being an influencer.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Make sure the quality of photos and campaigns are high and unique. Also having celebs and people who are major influences in the social media world to advertise their products.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It is so important to have professional quality and original content because brands are all about capturing the audiences attention. People will look when content is at its highest quality and contents look very well put together.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love being a part of something that benefits others and see their brands grow. Especially hard workers that start their own businesses and create their own success.
