1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am from Vancouver, BC, Canada.I am studying professional Bridal, fashion and editorial makeup artistry from Blanche Macdonald.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My passion and the only thing that makes me happy is makeup. I regularly post about new makeup product and skincare reviews and the makeup looks that I do.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name is a direct representation of what I am which is being addicted to makeup and my lucky number which is four hence ‘Makeupaddicted04

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use Enlight and Facetune for editing and Photocollage and Instasize for reshaping pictures.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

If its about trying in life then I would say step out of your comfort zone and try something that you have never tried.
If its about makeup then it would be to try the Toofaced Sweet Peach palette. All the ladies in my makeup class smell the palette from far away and constantly come to my seat to smell it.everything about the palette is just perfect.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The best part would be the many opportunities being an influencer brings to you like makeup and skincare collaboration.also the fact that I can make the right use of my platform to bring the attention to socially responsible causes like women empowerment and children’s education in third world countries and more.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

My tip to brands is that- collaborate with Influensters on Instagram for the stuff they are best in.dont approach a beauty Influenster to advertise a watch or jewellery.it most likely will not work in your favor.
I maintain authenticity by clicking my own pictures and not copying someone else’s pictures.also posting about stuff that alot of people are not aware about.people love to know and read about products that the world is unfamiliar with.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I guess quality of pictures is very important. When I receive a product, I like to click pictures of the product with the packaging next to it on a white background.always click pictures in good lighting, its the key to get a good image.once you have your picture, see how you can perfect it further by softening the edges, brightening it enough that the originality is not altered by using a good editing app.about originality, as I mentioned above, your followers love to see and read about product that hasn’t been talked about alot. It could be a face primer or a face mask or a beauty device.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The best part about partnering with brands is the awareness of new products, the business good relationship that you’re building with the company and the excitement of receiving the products in the mail.
