Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Michelle @mishlym

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Currently in year 11 living in Melbourne which is the best city ever!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love posting fashion and beaty pics on my instagram, most pics I took! I also love to create music and might feature some if my music on my instagram… I love to play piano, guitar, sing and write songs about literally anything.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Mishlym is pretty much my first and middle name put together, it’s a bit like my nickname… “Mish” is from Michelle and “Lym” is from Lim just spelled in a different way!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I loveeee using Vsco! It’s very simple and easy to use to make photos look extra awesome!

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I lovee Jen Imm, Misswen who are also YouTuber! And Michelle Phan another YouTube haha I love YouTube!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They should all try doing what they’ve always dreamed of… Take a leap if faith closer to what u want!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Interacting and replying to my followers on my pics and sharing the beautiful things I love!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

When running a campaigns, it should look creative and innovative so it looks attractive and intresting to everyone and anyone. The more people that see it and love it, the more likely they will talk about share it!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and originality is really hard to do and it’s something that needs to be worked on and it takes time. It’s very important to be true and not be fake and copy other’s ideas without crediting them.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I’d love to share with my followers the awesome brands and products they may not know about and would love!
