Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Marie Munhoz @mappellemarie

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I’m 26 years old, originally graduated in journalism, currently working as a professional photographer. Have been around a little bit around the world and my main passion is to travel so much that my goal for life is to see as many places as possible.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I’m very much interested in fashion, travel, lifestyle, books, street art, fashion brands, style, cinema, music, minimalism and nature. I post a little bit of everything on my Instagram.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram name come about my passion for France and everything about it. I lived in Paris a little while and fell in love with their culture and language.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use mostly Instagram’s tools. Some time to time, I use Photoshop. But 90% of the time, I use Instagram’s tool only.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

A lot of Instagrammers. Mostly, @meliniiimartin, @mattcrump, @candymininal, @michscombs, @joehida, @jacob, @paulo_delvalle, @mrtin_, @misshattan, @kat_in_nyc. But the one that inspires me the most is definitely @muradosmann.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Dedicate more time on Instagram and try to make it as a living.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

To provide the information they need and didn’t know about, whether is a tip, a place to visit, something awesome to buy or a book to read.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Creativity in the first place. Try to be authentic by inserting a brand to your style of photography. Try to know the audience (followers) and identify what pictures they like the most so we continue to keep up the good work as they enjoy it.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

To create in the first place your unique style in Instagram. As it has done, everything else becomes original.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

To have the opportunity to test their products and influence tons of people by just being me.
