Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Laura @laura.mikl

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am from Lithuania, currently juggling high school. I am a scout and a volunteer at Lithuanian School Students’ Union (LMS). I am an international model, represented by 3 different agencies, Lithuania – Modilinos Model Management, Milan – Major Image, Madrid – Models Division, needless to say I keeps myself busy haha

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest would be beauty and fashion. I really like to post some ootd’s or get creative with flatlays. However in the summer my feed gets a little cranky, becaus of all the photos of the woods and nature, where I’m spending most of my summer haha!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I always loved getting creative with photography and editing. With time the number of my followers started growing. Then I got couple offers to collaborate with brands and thats basicly how I started my journery as an influencer.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

First things first I go to the Facetune and whiten the background to keep it clean. Then I detail the product of the brand or just the things I want to pop out. I then go to VSCO and put the filter on.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really love @ch.phr8ph, @jannid, @fashionista804, @figtny

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

That would difinitely be whitening and detailing!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

That would be a chance to get creative, see what brands are really about, and keep working with them.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I would recomend finding influencers all around, not only in their region. Also making clean point of what they are expecting from influencer is really important.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The brands should look through the influencers really well, see what they like, what they think would be good to them.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

That would be getting new contacts, getting to meet new people, of course represent myself.
