1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m Kristine. I’m from the Philippines and I currently work as a freelance model and makeup artist. I also upload makeup tutorials on Youtube from time to time.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I like talking about beauty – makeup, skincare, and everything related to it! I also like talking about fashion. On Instagram I usually post selfies, my makeup and the brands, and my clothes and the shops it came from.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Honestly, my Instagram name was just something random! No real meaning behind it. I just thought it sounded really cool. I imagined someone going through my social media accounts and saying “damn, it’s Kristine.”

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I usually use VSCO to color-correct my photos and to adjust the lightings.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really like stalking @ponysmakeup and @lilymaymac! They’re the people I look up to when it comes to makeup!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I’d say they gotta try to be themselves. Post whatever the hell they want instead of trying so hard to have the perfect Instagram feed, like having a certain color scheme. It’s artsy, but I always hear people saying “I really wanna post this but it’ll mess up my feed.”

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Influencing people! I like it when I inspire someone. Be it about makeup, or even just life in general. I like it when I get to help people.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Don’t cover up the bad things about your brands. Usually brands lie about a lot of things, which fools people and I really hate that.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Simple. Do you want to be known for something that isn’t really you? No.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Letting people know what’s the new trends, or what’s popular. Introducing people to new stuff.
