Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Kelly Wong @Kellyforeverkel

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Im kelly , 17 years old this year and im currently studying. Im from SG and I do blogging and does sponsorship/collaboration with different online shop bloggers and companies such as ezbuy. I dance and do sports as a side hobby 🙂

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest are fashion, makeup and girls related stuff (?) I mostly post myself and advertisement collaborated with different online shop blogger and companies on my instagram. Definitely discount quote would be provided ?

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Actually i have no idea how my instagram name came from . At first my previous username was “kellyforeverher” that was first created when i have 12 years old . However I felt that changing to “kellyforeverkel” would be better since everyone has been typing my name in shortform as Kel. So this is how “kellyforeverkel” username came about

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

The photo app that i really really love using is “VSCO” effect HB1 / HB2 with intensity of 6-8 depending on ur preferences . After that i use the sharpness and clarity ; intensity of 2-3 to make my photo look HD and clear .

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I don’t really have an instagrammer whom i like though. However i really love @taeyeon_ss and @jyjosephine instagram feed . Taeyeon’s feed really look chic and a feels wonderland as her photos give a soft effect. As for Josephine’s feed, it gives a sharper image as the colour are intense. The photo she post have good camera angle which make the photo look really beautiful .

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They got to try Singapore’s local food such as chicken rice , chilli crab and more that could be found online ???

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favourite part of being an influencer is that i am able to share trustable online shop blogger and give my reviews on their clothes as many people are shopping clothes online . Doing this , shoppers will be confident in buying the clothes that i’ve advertise and definitely they are also able to get a discount using my quote . Not only that i get to attend events and work with different companies .

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I feel that brands running campaigns should be true to their customers and readers. This way , people will be confident in getting ur brand.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and original content is very important as our followers will than know our own true talent ? As an influencer , i think that we should not copy what other people is doing as we ourselves have our own creativity and colours yet to be shown .

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I get more exposure , able to learn how partnering with different brands works with an influencer . Sometimes i do get freebies too ?
