Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Jennifer Coutinho dos santos @jennietwosaints

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! I’m Jen and I’m from Brazil. I’m currently coursing mechanical engineer, I teach English, work on a family business and I also have my own online store, which recently featured a blog. (@saintzstore |www.saintzstore.com.br)

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love makeup, clothes, anything that has to do with the beauty industry, hair, body, etc. I love traveling, and experiencing new adventures. I post selfies and makeup, and also my outfits on my personal instagram. And now on my stores instagram, I’m the one who takes the pictures of the clothes, i edit them, and since I featured a blog, I post makeup and outfit ideas. I even posted a video doing a mermaid makeup on YouTube. And for my first video it came out great! I just love talking about anything! The gym, food, places, I love life!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I had a math teacher in the USA, and he translated my name from Spanish to English (Jennifer dos santos) and always called me jennie two saints.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I love Snapseed the most. I always start by using snapseed to use the healing, sharpen, edit the colors to pop out more. And then I use Facetune to edit the details and lightning. And then finish on Instagram. But I never change who I am. I just make pictures better.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really like to see the evolution of people. So I love how @camilacoelho grew from a mac store attendant to the huge blogger she is today. And she’s also Brazilian. I also love @bocarosablog that also grew so much from something so little.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Everyone needs to try a Brazilian pudding fit recipe that almost nobody knows about and it’s totally healthy, and delicious, and if you add whey, it could even have tons of protein. It’s an amazing dessert.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favorite part is inspiring people with my life. Giving people the opportunity to think differently and learning new things. And also for people to appreciate the visual work the influencer puts in.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Post everyday. Don’t care if you’re being "annoying". The persistence is where the future is.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

To invest on great technology and to be creative. I need to show great visual and sound quality for people to enjoy what they’re looking at.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Receiving things in the mail it’s always a surprise! And the trust the brands have on us to feature their products. And always having new things to show the public and to talk about.
