1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
I’m born in Hong Kong, grew up there until I reached 18 years old. That’s when I moved to the UK for university. Afterwards I moved to London and have been based there ever since. I am a food blogger in London, discovering the halal eats all across the city.
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
Food is my number one topic of interest. My Instagram is all about delicious food I’ve tried across the city or sometimes a bit of homemade dishes. I also sometimes post some traveling photos either as I love travelling.
3) How did your Instagram name come about?
It is my name! I want to keep it personal with my own flare. I want my followers to be able to relate to me instead of thinking me of just another food instagrammer.
4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!
I mainly use Instagram itself as my editing tool.
5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?
halal_girl is a blogger and Instagrammer that I really look up to. I enjoy her content a lot and I do seek a lot inspiration from her content. She’s also very sweet and lovely in person!
6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?
Spend more time in exploring the Instagram photo editing tools, it does wonders!
7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?
Having a group of followers who shower you with lots of love and support as well as the opportunity to work with like-minded people regularly.
8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?
Allow lots of flexibility to the influencer – let them create their art
9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?
High and consistent quality is key to build followers. Your content should be original because that’s when it reflects your personality and unique flare for people to recognize and want to follow you.
10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?
Publicity and growth! And maybe freebies.
