1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I come from a small town called O’fallon Illinois. At the moment I am going to school for marketing and I am working on several projects at the moment involving acting, writing, beauty and fashion. I currently write for a magazine based in the Uk based around current events happening. I also have just recently started an internship with a website based around fashion blogging that’ll give me more experience with social media and making connections. I am working on a short indie film that I’m playing a small part in and I also have my own YouTube channel dedicated to beauty and fashion.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest are makeup and fashion. I mainly post on my Instagram, pictures of my outfits and what I’m doing on the daily.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s a shortened version of my birthday!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use vsco cam to edit all of my pictures! I love all the different filters and editing options I have.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Some instagrammers I really like are @mynameisdiana and @bae.doe because of their fashion choices on their feed. They are also who inspire me the most because they’re are curvier models who are unapologetic about their size.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Using a selfie light for your selfies, genius!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love having people come up to me and tell me they love what I post on my Instagram! I’m not doing anything too hard or special, but it puts a smile on my face to know that it’s appreciated.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Never promote something you don’t believe in yourself. So that means not taking every single offer that you’re given sometimes.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I think it’s the most important thing. It’s what makes you stand out from the millions of other users. It’s what makes someone say to someone else, “hey! Have you seen this account? You should follow them, they’re my favorite!”

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I just like knowing that I stood out enough to make a brand partner with me. It never gets old.
