Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Ciara Sweeney @ciaraasweeney

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am an Irish music student that has a passion for singing and posting to my followers on Instagram. I currently feel a bit lost in life but still want to inspire others to never be afraid to stand up for themselves and defend themselves.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I mostly post fashion pictures and videos of me singing

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well because my name was taken so I added on an extra a lol

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I usually use aviary to make the photos less yellow, then I bring them onto Instagram, higher up the brightness usually and bring the red filter from colours up a tiny bit

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really like willow smith’s posts because of how real she is and what a naturist she is

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Try leaving nice comments on strangers photos. If you like a picture, tell them! I think we need more love spreading in the world especially on social media where so much people compare themselves to others when it is not needed

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

It’s a great help to get my music out there and i can show off my outfit choices which I love to do

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Be as straightforward as possible, try to give all necessary information. To maintain authenticity, I would say let the influencers say what they really think and don’t give a specific response of what hey should say

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and original content is so important because after all if the same things keep coming up everywhere, no one’s going to want to see it. It can also be quite annoying when I see someone copying what I’ve done but then I remember it’s a form of flattery, that they admire what you’re doing

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The chance to show my followers new things and giving new brands a chance to get bigger
