1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
I’m Indonesian. Born and raised in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. I’m a retired freelance fashion stylist turned into a FnB marketing communication person, and *kind of* a musical theater actor
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
Well, a couple years ago, I was fashion blogging for quite sometimes so my selfies and style journal *if we can call it so* is a huge part of my instagram feed. Apart of that, i am intrigued with colors and textures, both in food, places or people. Things that please my eyes
3) How did your Instagram name come about?
My name. How interesting is that?
4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!
I don’t really do much with my photo editing. Mostly i only use VSCOcam to put out more vibrance into my pictures. On not so lazy days, i will use picsart as well to create and blend layers.
5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?
I’m quite a fan of dapper look and i think @iamgalla has so much great inspiration from his feeds. I also love @lucedaleco , a blogger friend of mine. Not only her vintage looks always draws my attention, but she’s a superb writer with some bitter jokes. Love her much.
6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?
Write a better caption to enhance your pictures? 😀 idk
7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?
Am i even an influencer? i’m not even sure about that. However i think, everyone has a privilege as well as responsibilities to speak their mind in a positive way, just because we can never know who will get affected by our words. Freedom of speech *even on social media* is not children’s toy. Just like the old days when i used to blog, i was really happy when someone actually mailed me just to say how they got inspired by my writings. It was confusing at the same time because what i wrote mostly are based on sadness and gloomy mood.
8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?
Stick to your personality. Do not imitate.
9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?
Still connected to number 8. Personality is all that matters. We gotta be able to show who we are on our social media.
I feel that some people are basically pure actors on social media. Yes of course we tend to show all the sugar and sweets on our feed to create a certain image, but never betray who you are.
10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?
I believe each brand has their own character and personality and so are we. To see that blends so well is a lovely thing
