1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I come from Verona, Italy but I’m attending my last semester at USI, university of Lugano Switzerland, on a Computer Science bachelor.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I usually post about food, where it comes from, how is done, is it tasty?
Moreover I also post about restaurants and my favourite hidden places like small bars and so on.
The main topic is food.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s my name, simple and neat.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I usually use snapseed but just to handle light and contrast, never use a filter.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I have a few, like Jamie Oliver, food52, chefsroll.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

My carbonara pasta! It’s amazing

And of course a small bar/restaurant in Verona, named Caffe Carducci. 15 seats, cheese from France, good wine and a cook only for you. Who doesn’t want to be treated like that?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The possibility of sharing moments and ideas with friends and followers, let them try what I found good and fun.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Have a continuity in the style of pictures, to link in the follower head the idea of you, your pictures and good vibes.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It’s essential, only personal content, original, to let the follower understand that you love what to do and you do what you love.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The possibility to try new products, that most of the time are really good! And be able to make their follower map larger!
