Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Twinkle @Littlebookbar

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am Twinkle Kabutarwala. I am 20 years old, born and raised in Gujarat, India. I am studing in B.Sc Environmental Science and I love reading and watching crap TV shows!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Topics of interest as in for casual is drama. I love a well written drama on TV obviously! You dont want that kind of things in real life.
I am crazy about books. But only the fiction contemporary one. I like to read books with little smut and humour in it. So the books and what I am reading I like to post that on Instagram.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I didnt always had Littlebookbar as my name. When I first started about two years ago I had different name but during the of 2016 I was keen on making my own review blog and when the name I previously had doesn’t had the domain name I changed it to Littlebookbar. I wanted something that goes with my name – Twinkle. So like ‘Twinkle Twinkle little star’ I decided to go with ‘Twinkle Twinkle little book bar’

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I tried many different apps for the editing and am still trying. But I think what Instagram provide us is more than enough to edit the photos. So, yes I edit my photos on Instagram directly.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Many! There are so many I saw that I wanted to be one of them! I really dont remember their names but I have seen many of them with beautiful pictures of books and the photos are so fascinating! I really love their pictures and the theme on their Instagram page!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

My fellow instagrammers?! I really dont know what to say to them to try something… Because what I am using itself is pretty basic. But I think wasting money and MBs on other editing apps you can definitely go with the edits from Instagrams! They have tons to choose from.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love books and I want people to read more. Obviously the best of the books are converted to movies, but in that you cant imagine the scenes… You aren’t able to know their character and what they are thinking inspite of what they shows! I want people to read more, imagine more and eventually dream more. Because nothing is achieved without dreaming.
I am a reader, so the best thing in reading is ypu can imagine your favourite hero and doing all the things with him rather than doing anything with co-star! (LOL)

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Ehh! Top tip brands… I think for instagram its your daily upload with the chosen theme. Theme as in the background of the particular photo. I am a bookstagtammer so, in that I see to that that the books or ebooks I havent to click pictures fpr are in white background. Because I think the white background brings out the best covers of the books!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

For quality I must say use a good quality lense for clicking pictures. Obviously everyone cant afford to buy professional cameras but I think the camera phone with high mega pixels… Go with that! Theres nothing original or duplicate in what I do. My pictures are obviously different from otheres. My background, my style and my editing are different to others. What I am reading or what I want to I go with that! But for the original content.. Never ever I mean never ever copy someone else’s photo with their acknowledge off course.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like this question the best! For partnering I think as a reader what I like the best is the ARCs which are given… Obviously when chosen for the ARC you get emails for the teaser Tuesday, release blitz, reviews, blog tours! This maybe childish but I really loveit when I get those emails!
