Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Tia Kar @the_tiaara

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am Tia Kar. I am widely known as one of the top 6th finalists of Indian Idol 5. I have also acted in various TV shows as lead actor for Channel V and bindass and also have participated in international musical reality show Asian Waves.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My work as a singer, and started collaborating with brands so I post all sort of pictures.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

That’s what my fans called me.. so basically they called smiling princess. My name is Tia so basically they changed it to tiaara

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I really love how people want to know about my life and my routine.. being and influencer I have liberty to tell them and guide them and most of it I like myself to get out of my singing zone and explore social things around me. And I think social media is all about getting influenced or influence others. I like to be at this side of game..

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

This is my 1st time.. I hope to have a wonderful experience here..

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I am a brand ambassador of FIAPO..
Previously collaborated with various skincare/ makeup, fashion, music brands such as Try Sugar, KDM India, Deal jeans, Aso India, Daniel Wellington, Daniel Klein, Carrial, Organic Harvest, Bioderma etc. And all the products and brands I work with I make sure they are good as people really look up to my recommendation. This is the way I maintain authenticity..

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I don’t know. I think this will be very early to say anything..

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The best thing is that I get to know so many things and I actually come from a very basic middle class family.. Everything just amazes me..
