Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Tanya Arora @unbox_the_zindagi

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am Tanya Arora, a full time Chartered Accountant and a part time blogger. I am from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love to post food reviews. But I have not confined myself to that. I also review makeup products, movies, webseries and probably anything and everything. I just love writing reviews. I would be really glad if my reviews can be useful for anyone.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Before this name Unbox Zindagi, I changed my page name several times. One fine day one of my friends said that you will be posting about almost everything then why not Unbox Zindagi. Thats how I got my page name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I do not use any editing app. I only use instagram editing features.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I like a number of instagrammers from my city but none of them inspires. I inspire myself and try to be more active on my blog.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I have seen fellow bloggers posting only food pictures and no reviews. I would feel glad if they too start giving reviews. What’s the point of being a food blogger without review?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I just love when people DM me and praise by content. It is such a cherishing feeling.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I would suggest brands to consider bloggers with less followers too. They will provide much more honest review.
I post honest reviews only. Doesn’t matter I am being paid or not. And if it is a food tasting case in which I have been invited then I do not post negative reviews because I know they can improve. But I personally message the owner of the restaurant about the things that can be improved. I don’t want anyone to lose any customer because of me.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Originality of content is the most important thing in this social era. People are trying to gain fame by copying content but this won’t give them benefit for long.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Getting freebies is still the best thing. I always get excited whenever I receive anything.
