1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
I started teaching myself design when I was 11. I had a curiosity for the web, the way people interacted with blogging platforms such as Livejournal and WordPress. I started building out templates at 11 out of a pure passion hobby. It started getting a lot of traffic and it grew to the point where I was designing and building out custom websites for people by 13. I knew from there it was always going to be my career. Ever since then, I’ve been constantly hungry for knowledge, growth and seeking to create great visual and interactive work. I am currently the Art Director, eCommerce at The New York Times. I am actually transitioning out of this role as of current to join Conde Nast as a Creative Director/Designer to build a branded content studio at The New Yorker! Most importantly, I am a volunteer with New York Cares. I am so grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had thus far by the age of 25. With that, advocating for arts education for kids has always been a cause near to my heart. I believe exposure to the arts during kids’ development cultivates creativity, allows them to be able to solve problems thinking out of the box and harbors imagination and innovation for future growth.
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
